DISTANCE ELECTRONIC TICKET SALES AND PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT
ARTICLE 1- PARTIES
This Agreement is concluded under the following terms and conditions between Dentur Avrasya Deniz Taşımacılığı ve Turizm A.Ş. on one side (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller")and the person purchasing the passenger transportation ticket via the Seller's website on the other side (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" and "Passenger").

1.2- BUYER
It is the person who purchases the passenger transportation ticket from the "www.denturonline.com", "www.denturavrasya.com" or "www.denturege.com" website and to whom the passenger transportation service will be provided, whose name is mentioned on the ticket in accordance with the information entered on this website.In case the credit card holder and the person receiving the service subject to the ticket are different persons; both the person who owns the credit card from which the ticket price is paid and the person who will receive the service are the Buyer party to this agreement.According to this agreement, both persons accept, declare and undertake that they will gain the title of Buyer and fulfill the rights and obligations arising from this agreement.The Buyer accepts, declares and undertakes the accuracy of the information provided, that they will comply with all the rules specified in this agreement during the service provided, and that they will fulfill all the obligations of this agreement.
ARTICLE 2- WEBSITE
The address of the website where the Seller sells the "passenger transportation ticket" under the provisions of this agreement is "www.denturonline.com", "www.denturavrasya.com", and "www.denturege.com".All tickets reported to be sold by the Seller on any other website except these are invalid."www.denturonline.com", "www.denturavrasya.com" and "www.denturege.com" will hereinafter be referred to as the "website" in this agreement.
ARTICLE 3- SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the procedures and principles regarding the passenger transportation ticket sales made by the Seller to the Buyer electronically over the website and the passenger transportation service provided by the Seller to the Buyer, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties arising from this agreement.
ARTICLE 4- PRINCIPLES REGARDING THE PASSENGER TICKET
4.1- TICKET CONTENT AND RIGHT TO TRAVEL: The ticket consists of the information at the moment the order is finalized on the Seller's website, including the Seller's title, full address, phone number, internet access information, basic characteristics of the service subject to the agreement, total price of the service including all taxes and payment method, boarding place, destination, travel date, and departure time.While purchasing the passenger transportation ticket subject to this agreement, the Buyer provides the necessary confirmation electronically that they have read and been informed about the information on the ticket, passenger transportation rules, and all information regarding delivery, performance, and the fact that they cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal.The Buyer is deemed to have received the ticket subject to the agreement the moment they finalize the ticket order specified in this agreement on the website.Upon delivery, they accept and undertake that they have read this agreement and the passenger transportation rules, will comply with the rules in the agreement, and will fulfill all their obligations.The accuracy of the information on the ticket is deemed accepted when the ticket is purchased. Objections made later are invalid.The ticket purchased by the Buyer is also sent to the Buyer's email address.The ticket fee is only for the transportation between the departure port and the arrival port.Unless an additional fee is charged by the Seller, this fee does not cover any other services offered. Tickets can only be used for the route specified on them.In case the person presenting the ticket fails to prove that they are the person in the passenger section of the ticket, the Seller reserves the right to confiscate the ticket and not accept the passenger on board.The ticket grants the passenger the right to travel only for the voyage written on it.Tickets not used on time by the passenger are invalid and do not grant the right to travel for another voyage.
4.2- NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF THE TICKET: The passenger ticket cannot be transferred.
4.3- CHECK-IN: The passenger must be present at the Dentur Avrasya Office to complete the check-in procedures at least 1.5 hours before the departure time so that passport and visa controls can be carried out and they can receive their ticket.Check-in procedures end half an hour before the departure time. It is recommended to arrive earlier than half an hour before the departure time on weekends and during the high season.Check-in procedures can also be done at all Seller offices before the travel day.
4.4- TICKET CONTROL: Ticket controls are done using barcodes on boardings at the ship's ramp.Passengers with tickets that have been canceled for any reason, date-changed, or suspended (open ticket) will not be taken on board.
4.5- PRESENCE ON THE SHIP: The passenger must be present on the ship 15 minutes before the departure time and is obliged to adjust the time spent in the Port area and Freeshop according to these rules.
4.6- SUSPENDING (OPEN TICKET) AND RESCHEDULING: The Buyer accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will under no circumstances request a refund for the ticket purchased according to this agreement after sales confirmation.However, provided that they notify at least 72 hours before the departure time, they have the right to suspend (make an open ticket) and reschedule their ticket only once.Placing open tickets on a scheduled voyage can only be done if the availability of the requested rescheduled voyage is approved by the Seller.The rescheduling process is carried out exclusively by the Seller offices. The validity period of an open ticket is a maximum of six months from the date of purchase, provided it is used within the year it was purchased.
4.7- NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF VOYAGE AND ITS CONSEQUENCES: Passengers are obliged to register their mobile numbers in the system while purchasing the ticket subject to this agreement.Voyage cancellations and changes are notified to passengers via short message (SMS).In unforeseeable and uncontrollable situations such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, lockouts, pandemics, cyber-attacks, port authority decisions, and international sanctions, the Seller may cancel or postpone the voyage.In these cases, the entire ticket fee is unconditionally refunded to the passenger.However, the Seller has no responsibility for accommodation, food, and beverage expenses that may arise in these cases.The Seller reserves the right to change the departure time and the ship in case of unscheduled flag state controls and ship malfunctions.
4.8- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: The Buyer does not have a right of withdrawal due to the non-applicability of the provisions under the "Third Section" regulating the "Use of the Right of Withdrawal and Obligations of the Parties" in the Distance Contracts Regulation to contracts related to "Passenger Transportation Services".The Buyer accepts, declares, and undertakes that they cannot request cancellation and a refund for the ticket purchased according to this agreement after sales confirmation.
ARTICLE 5- TRANSPORTATION RULES AND LIABILITY
5.1- PASSENGERS WITH SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Passengers who are pregnant, have undergone surgery, will travel with medical support, have a chronic illness, are visually and/or hearing impaired, have restricted mobility, use a wheelchair, and passengers with similar conditions must inform the Seller Offices about these conditions at least 1 day before departure.Pregnant passengers who have completed their twenty-fourth week (six months) are not allowed to travel on our ships even if they have a doctor's report.
5.2- TRAVELING WITH PETS: It is not possible to travel with pets.
5.3- Greece does not require a visa from green and gray passport holders.
5.4- Ordinary (burgundy) passport holders must have valid Schengen Visas for the duration of the journey.
5.5- Turkish Citizens with a TRNC entry stamp in their passports cannot travel to Greece with these passports.
5.6- The passport must have a minimum validity of 3 months as of the end date of the travel.
5.7- A specific seat number is not assigned on the ship.
5.8- It is dangerous and forbidden for passengers to board and disembark the ship before the ramp is fully opened, the ship personnel gives boarding or disembarking approval, and the necessary safety precautions are taken.
5.9- Passengers must not leave their seats during departure and docking maneuvers. Cruise announcements must be followed by passengers.The Seller cannot be held responsible for injuries and material damages that may arise from non-compliance with these rules.
5.10- The Seller will only be liable if the passenger or the baggage suffers damage due to its own fault.If the passenger has contributory negligence, the Seller's liability may be reduced or eliminated subject to the provisions of the legislation.
5.11- The Seller will not be responsible for any damage to fragile and perishable items, money, jewelry, precious metals, silverware, promissory notes, or other commercial valuable papers, passports, and other identification documents or their copies contained in the baggage.
5.12- If the passenger behaves in a way that endangers the ship or any person or property on board, or prevents the ship personnel from performing their duties, or does not comply with the instructions of the ship personnel, or causes reasonable objections from other passengers, the Seller and the ship personnel may take any measures they deem necessary to prevent the continuation of such behavior, including restraining the passenger.
5.13- In the transportation of a passenger whose age, mental, or physical condition creates a danger or risk to themselves, the Seller will not be responsible for any illness, injury, or disability, including the death of this passenger, depending on these aforementioned conditions or as a result of the aggravation of these conditions.
5.14- The Seller accepts no liability for any injury or death, or damage or loss to vehicles, baggage, or personal belongings, unless it is determined by the judicial authorities that it resulted from the fault and negligence of the Seller.The Seller accepts no liability if injury, death, loss, or damage is caused by terrorism, riot, civil war, natural disaster, bad sea and weather conditions, or reasons completely dependent on malicious acts by third parties.
5.15- No ticket refund is made to a passenger who is not allowed to board the ship by the competent authorities or who cannot travel due to visa procedures.
ARTICLE 6- BAGGAGE RULES
6.1- Passengers have the right to carry baggage free of charge.
