TERMS & CONDITIONS AND REFUND POLICY

Please read the following rules carefully before your journey.

1) CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

To complete passport, visa controls, and ticket collection, passengers must be present at the port at least 1.5 hours before the departure time. Check-in operations close 30 minutes prior to departure.

  • Earlier attendance is recommended during weekends and peak seasons.
  • Passengers must be on board at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
  • Time spent at the Duty-Free shop is under the passenger's responsibility and does not hinder boarding rules.

2) OPEN TICKETS

Scheduling open tickets is subject to availability and can only be performed by Dentur Avrasya offices. You must contact us at least 3 days before departure.

Open tickets must be finalized within 15 days of being issued as "open." They are valid until the end of the current season. Tickets not used by the end of the season expire automatically.

3) LOST TICKETS AND NON-TRANSFERABILITY

Lost Tickets: Passengers who lose their tickets must purchase a new one. Agencies are not responsible for lost tickets under any circumstances.

Non-Transferability: Tickets issued to a specific name are non-transferable and cannot be resold. The carrier is not responsible for tickets presented by someone other than the rightful owner.

4) CANCELLATION AND REFUND REQUESTS

In accordance with the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation; the "Right of Withdrawal" is not applicable to Passenger Transport Services.

Changes to passenger info, date, time, or route are not permitted for electronic tickets. However, passengers may reschedule or convert their ticket to an "open date" once, provided they notify us 10 days before departure. Cash refunds are not accepted.

5) ENTRY RESTRICTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Entry Restrictions: If entry/exit is denied due to judicial, administrative, or visa-related reasons (including TRNC stamps), the service contract is terminated, and no refund is issued.

Cancellations: A 100% refund is provided for voyages cancelled due to severe weather. Dentur Avrasya is not responsible for accommodation or catering expenses arising from weather conditions.

6) SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND PET POLICY

Ticket Check: Controls are performed via barcodes on board. Invalid or rescheduled tickets without confirmation will not be accepted.
