ARTICLE 1- PARTIES
1.1 SELLER: Avrasya Deniz Taşımacılığı Turizm Hizmetleri İnşaat Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş.

1.2 BUYER: The person who purchases the ticket via the website. Both the cardholder and the passenger are considered parties to this agreement.
ARTICLE 2- WEBSITE
The only official website for services is www.denturonline.com. Tickets from other sources are invalid.
ARTICLE 3- SUBJECT
The subject is to determine the rules for electronic ticket sales and transportation services within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law and Distance Contracts Regulation.
ARTICLE 4- DELIVERY
The ticket is delivered to the BUYER's screen and email upon payment confirmation. Completion of the order constitutes receipt of the ticket and acceptance of all terms.
ARTICLE 6- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to the Regulation; there is no right of withdrawal for passenger transportation services. Therefore, refunds are not applicable under standard conditions.
ARTICLE 7- TERMS OF TRANSPORTATION
- Check-In: Must be at the port 1.5 hours before; check-in closes 30 mins before departure.
- Cancellations: No cash refunds. Rescheduling is allowed once if notified 3 days in advance.
- Entry Restrictions: No refunds if entry/exit is denied due to visa or legal reasons.
- Health & Safety: Women over 6 months pregnant are not allowed to travel. No pets allowed on board.
- Force Majeure: 100% refund is provided for cancellations due to severe weather conditions.
ARTICLE 13- PRIVACY
Personal data is protected by SSL. Credit card security is the responsibility of the BUYER. Data is used only for booking and legal purposes.
ARTICLE 14- JURISDICTION
Izmir Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for any disputes.
ARTICLE 16- VALIDITY
By making the payment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all 16 articles of this agreement.
